We are a medium-sized family enterprise based in Quickborn near Hamburg with years of experience in the manufacture of thermoplastic components (injection molding). Our mobile team of experts draws on this experience to get the very best results for our customers.

Since its foundation in 1978, Dihse GmbH has developed into a specialist for injection-moulded thermoplastics. We are able to provide you with everything you need with regard to injection moulding from a single source – from the design to the engineering and tooling, right through to the series production of plastic injection-moulded products.

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING

Our credo: besides ensuring the highest quality, we also guarantee good reproducibility and short delivery times by designing and manufacturing exclusively in Germany. As an injection-moulding manufacturer, we are thus able to react to requests flexibly and at short notice. Looking for customised components to meet your specific requirements? With the acquisition of Froede & Avé GmbH & Co. KG in 2015, we again significantly expanded our know-how in the area of toolmaking for plastics injection moulding.

A comprehensive quality management system ensures continuously reviewed and improved processes and procedures as well as a consistently high level of product quality for our customers. Uncompromising quality is a must, as ultimately, it is not only our approval for companies in the aviation industry that requires the highest of demands.   • fully-electric rather than hydraulic machines for lower energy consumption

Expert advice

Our approach begins long before the actual injection-moulding process. With the aim of offering comprehensive solutions to meet your individual needs, we ascertain your functional requirements and work independently or jointly on developing the perfect components.

Innovative development

We don’t outsource. Once we have come up with the perfect solution, our experienced in-house toolmaking plant takes over the design of the injection-moulding tools. This ensures maximum precision and allows us to respond flexibly to spontaneous adaptation requirements – so that you get the exact injection-moulded part you need.

Precise production

Our entire product range is produced on injection-moulding machines from Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of injection-moulding machines for plastics processing. Our machinery plant covers a clamping force range of 35 to 200 tonnes, which allows us to produce parts weighing less than a gram and up to one kilogram.

In-house tool manufacturing

Dihse+Avé develops and manufactures tools for injection moulding and die-casting plastics. For more than 40 years, our tools have stood for outstanding quality and lasting durability. Our experienced toolmakers and engineers place great value on the highest level of precision in the development of tools, while at the same time maintaining efficiency in their implementation.
